Chris Fitzgerald is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Westside Union School District in Quartz Hill, CA.  She has served over twenty years in education as a teacher, program coordinator, and administrator with experience at both the primary and secondary school levels. Presently, Chris is leading Westside Union School District's transition to standards based grade reporting and has become a passionate advocate for equitable grading practices. Chris has conducted over fifty standards based grade workshops for parents and educators over this past year.
