Coach It Further: Using the Art of Coaching to Improve School LeadershipWhy do leaders need coaches? A coach can help a leader focus on a goal that will impact the school community, and during the process that leader can learn how to coach their assistant principals to help build stronger school leadership. Leadership author, consultant and coach Peter DeWitt, Ed.D. will guide participants through the coaching process and help them learn how to coach others using a unique case study approach.
