A long-time resident of Sonoma County, Dr. Patricia Law has been an educator for almost 30 years with both a Single Subject and a Multiple Subjects Credential, as well as an Administrative Credential. Patricia serves as the Regional Director in supporting teachers and administrators in their ongoing professional growth with the North Coast School of Education (NCSOE), Sonoma County Office of Education. Patricia works with adult learners in providing professional development and has served as an Instructor and Practicum Supervisor in the Be a Teacher Intern Program. She oversees the development of curriculum and presents to candidates, mentors, school leaders, school boards, leadership teams, and state meetings and conferences. She's a trainer of trainers for programs such as Classroom Organization and Management Program (COMP) and enjoys working with local schools, their teachers, and sites and districts. Patricia earned her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from University of California, Davis, in 2012, after earning her Master’s Degree in Educational Administration in 2005 from Sonoma State University and her BA in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 1990. Her dissertation focused on the purposeful use of “wait time” or deliberate delay amongst educational leaders in making non-urgent decisions.
